How do I become a member?

For the first stage of our business, membership will be by invitation only. This is to ensure we can maintain supply and delivery of orders. We will issue potential members an application form. Membership is on an annual basis and will begin from the date your fee is received.

How do I order?

Once we have received your order from the website we will issue an invoice. Once we have received payment we will confirm with you and arrange your order.

I can only see 12 packs available for order, can I order in another quantity?

At opening, the 12 packs will be all that is available for order. However, we will be reviewing this over the first year based on demand and customer feedback. We are currently looking in to supplying kegs for customer’s who are hosting parties and events etc.

Once I have placed my order, how long until I receive my order?

We will have a supply of our more popular beers in stock, in which case orders will be available within 2 days of payment receipt. However, if brews are out of stock, and in the case of brews from our brew days, we have to allow for the brewing process which is approximately six weeks. We will contact you when your order is ready.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we aim to provide delivery for orders in our local area, where we expect most of our customer’s to be based in our first year. Beyond this we will review our plans for expansion and delivery beyond the local area.

How long does the beer last?

Your beer should last around six months if stored unopened in a cool, dry place. After six months the beer will still be drinkable, but the quality may suffer.
